A cooperation between NPCI International Payments Ltd (NIPL) and European payment services provider Worldline, will soon enable Indians to make payments through UPI (United Payments Interface) across Europe. The National Payments Corporation of India's global arm is called NIPL (NPCI). According to a Tuesday joint press release, the alliance between NIPL and Worldline aims to increase the adoption of Indian payment methods throughout Europe. Indian Navy’s Mig-29K crashes off Goa during a sortie, Pilot safe

Indian Navy's MiG-29K aircraft crashed today while on a routine sortie off the coast of Goa due to a technical issue. The Navy said in a statement that the pilot ejected safely on time and was saved after a quick search and rescue effort. The aircraft crashed while returning back to base. A board of inquiry (BoI) has been ordered to look into the accident's cause. Since 2019, there have been four accidents involving the MiG-29K, and the reason for this particular crash will be known once the BoI completes its report.
